What is CrossFit 1

How to start?

Our approach begins with a personalized touch. Your journey kicks off with a comprehensive 1:1 consultation led by a seasoned coach. During this session, we delve into your goals, desires, aspirations, and life circumstances. Together, we craft a roadmap to help you achieve these objectives.

Following the consultation, your adventure unfolds in one of two ways: through a blend of personal and group training sessions or a series of individualized sessions. Regardless of the path chosen, your plan undergoes regular updates to ensure alignment with your evolving needs and aspirations. Additionally, you’ll have goal reviews where pertinent measurements specific to your progress can be assessed.

Now, about our foundation training for newcomers to CrossFit or those seeking a refresher on the fundamentals—it’s tailored perfectly for you. Under the guidance of our skilled coaches, you’ll master the foundational elements regularly incorporated into our group sessions. Best of all, these personalized sessions can be scheduled swiftly, often within 48 hours of your initial contact with us.
