Introducing Fit at Fifty, a focused fitness program for men over 40 who have put their fitness on hold due to work, family, or the demands of a busy life. Whether it’s been two years—or longer—since you last exercised, this program provides a structured and manageable way to reclaim your fitness and health.
Held twice weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 pm, each session is built to fit into the schedule of busy professionals. This isn’t just about working out; it’s about finding a sustainable routine that prioritizes your health without overwhelming your lifestyle. Alongside the workouts, participants will receive simple, practical nutrition advice that’s easy to follow, even with a hectic schedule. The guidance is designed to support healthy eating habits without adding extra stress—ideal for those who don’t have time for complicated meal plans but still want to see results.
Throughout the program, you’ll also receive two InBody scans to track changes in body composition, providing concrete data on your progress.
This course is targeted at men, but we won’t turn away women who share the same commitment to regaining their fitness. The program’s primary goal is to help you take back control—not just of your fitness but of your overall health and well-being. Our motto is simple: No judgment—just results.
