I’m new to CrossFit – what should I expect?

Great question! You should expect to be challenged, to learn LOTS of new things, and most importantly, to have FUN.

Our foundation training is perfect for people who are new to CrossFit or would like a refresher on the basics. Our foundation training consist of three one-on-one sessions or two-on-one sessions, where you will learn the basic movements and language of a typical CrossFit class. One of our experienced coaches will train you through the foundational movements of CrossFit, which we regularly program into our group classes. The one-on-one sessions can be scheduled very fast and you can get started usually within 48h from your first contact with us.

The 50-minute sessions will typically start with a briefing on what will be covered followed by a structured warm-up and skill coaching on a particular movement or two, and end with a short heart-pumping workout. The training is tailored to meet your personal needs.
