Our first CrossFit Kreis 9 CrossFit training camp in Ericeira, Portugal, exceeded all expectations, offering a transformative week of intense training, personal breakthroughs, and community building. Designed as a true CrossFit training camp – not just a fitness holiday- , we focused on structured coaching, development, and pushing limits, with each session guided by our expert coaches Lucas and Erik. With 20 committed participants, this camp brought together skill-building, outdoor adventure, and powerful group energy. Blessed with perfect weather, we made full use of Portugal’s stunning coastal settings for nearly every workout.
