Strength class: Build strength with expert coaching

Strength is the foundation of all fitness, and our strength class is designed to help you build it safely and effectively. This class focuses on developing proper technique, increasing muscle strength, and improving overall movement quality—all in a structured, supportive group environment.

Each session starts with a focused warm-up to prepare your body for lifting. The main portion of the class is centered around key strength movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls. You’ll work at your own level, with weights adjusted to your ability. Our expert coaches provide real-time feedback and adjustments, ensuring you lift with confidence and proper form.

Unlike high-intensity conditioning workouts, this class prioritizes controlled, progressive strength gains. Expect slower, focused lifts, longer rest periods, and a strong emphasis on technique. We finish with mobility work to enhance recovery and movement efficiency.
