Dragutin Mrdak, or Dale as everyone calls him, brings a grounded, straightforward style to CrossFit Kreis 9 that resonates with members. With a coaching career that began in 2013, Dale’s journey into CrossFit started with a birthday gift membership from his brother. This gift became a passion, leading him to develop a coaching philosophy focused on simplicity and consistency. His mantra, “Move well, move often,” underscores his belief that quality and consistency are the foundation of progress.

Dale’s approach is holistic, encouraging members to build strength gradually while focusing on the basics and listening to their bodies. Known for his persistence in teaching proper movement, he loves seeing clients gain confidence and mastery over time. Outside the gym, Dale finds his peace on the road, calling driving his “therapy.” Inspired by his late father’s advice, he approaches every challenge with resilience: “Oh stop whining about it, just fix it and drive it.”
