Fabio found CrossFit back in 2012 and immediately noticed that he had found something special and life changing. In 2013 the founded the first CrossFit box in canton Aargau; CrossFit Baden. After a few years in the business, he was ready to give up his career in banking and become a full time “Fitness Fabio”. In 2015 the time was right for his second CrossFit gym, CrossFit Kreis 9, together with Saara and Markus.

“I don’t hate Monday’s anymore.” He says with a big smile on his face. It’s the same smile he loves to see in the end of the CrossFit class on the participants face. “Providing the members the feeling that they are caring for themselves and we are caring for them. That is my goal, and the smile is my reward.”
