This course is ideal for anyone who wants to perform better in HYROX, running, trail running, CrossFit, triathlon, and more. Whether you are looking to build endurance, improve technique, or add more purpose to your training, this program gives you a clear structure over 8 weeks.
What’s included
Over the course of the program, participants receive:
- Individual running gait analysis
- Injury-prevention program
- Weekly base run on Mondays at 18:00
- Weekly intervals on Thursdays at 18:00
