Finding fitness in 2016 was a life changing experience for Dorota. “I was a real couch potato before.” After a few years of gym time a friend introduced her to CrossFit and there was no going back to a regular gym anymore. “Even though I had enjoyed the training in a normal gym I got bored with the routine and anonymity. A friend of mine told me about CrossFit so I booked my first session and got so hooked I did not sleep well for one week.”

In 2020 Dorota started coaching Bootcamp. Her programming for Bootcamp is based on the CrossFit principles of functional movements at high intensity but she does not incorporate olympic lifting or high skill gymnastics movements. “Yes. The people do CrossFit without knowing that,” she says with no remorse. “I know the struggle of a beginner. I know all the issues because I went through them myself. I want to get the people in of those doors. Then I can help them!”
