Are you hoping to get fitter after a training break or start training the first time in your life? In our Bootcamp you are in the best hands. You will train 2 times a week (Mon & Wed 19-20) with a professional coach who will learn to know you, your body, your needs and your goals. She will be guiding you on every step of your journey. You will also gain training friends that are on the same journey and make their part in holding you accountable as well as encouraging you when encouragement is needed.
